Sweet and Savory Pierogies

Learn the art of making authentic Polish dumplings, which will transport you to the flour-dusted kitchens of Poland. Chef Callyn will demonstrate the secrets to making pierogies from scratch and you will make sweet as well as savory dumplings right in your own kitchen.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

• Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on April 13th, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
