Raclette cheese is indigenous to parts of Switzerland and France, and is traditionally heated, either in front of a fire or by a special machine, and scraped onto diners’ plates. After watching your Raclette cheese melt you’d scoop it onto bread, potatoes, or whatever you like. It’s a party, so go wild! Think of it as dinner and a show—all in one!
We will also be sampling some wines of the region, paring them with different morsels to make this experience one to remember.
