These tagines, along with distinctive sauces and dips, are made by pounding or blending olive oil and garlic with various ingredients such as nuts, seeds, spices, herbs, and aromatics. Chef Nancy will take you on a culinary journey to Morocco where you will learn how to make these amazing sauces, dips, and the perfect tagine. We will have a lovely wine pairing with this class. Non-Alcoholic options are always available.
