Grab a friend! It’s time to party!!! Discover the art of making tamales! The confection of tamales is usually a family affair, passed down from generation to generation.  Join Chef Casey to learn the art of tamale making. From dough making and how to wrap them, to steaming a perfect tamale, this workshop is an in-depth experience to last a lifetime, and beyond, as you pass it down your family’s line.

Come hungry! Class attendees will make enough tamales to satisfy any appetite, with plenty more to take home.
