Tapas and Cava

The Basque country of Northern Spain is one of the most celebrated culinary regions in the world!  Traditionally, in northern Spain, tapas and pintxos are the main snacks you will encounter in bars and restaurants. Join Chef Nancy in preparing simple and rustic dishes, especially popular in the Basque country. We will pair a lovely Spanish Cava with your meal.

Grilled Asparagus with Hazelnut Romesco, Lemon Zest and Manchego Cheese
Flatbread with Roasted Red Peppers, Shallots and Goat Cheese
Patatas Bravas – Crispy Yukon Gold Potatoes, Guajillo Chile Sauce and Saffron Aioli
Scallops in Salsa Verde
