Tapas and Sangria

Tapas is a way of life in Spain, whether you’re strolling through the streets of Barcelona, or visiting the seaside, you will see people enjoying tapas in bars and homes alike.  Join Chef Callyn in this exciting class exploring this famous and diverse cuisine.  These small plates are easy, but very impressive.  You’ll be making them for friends and family in no time!  We will also be learning how to compose a Sangria.  A spirit and wine suggestion for your sangria will be sent upon enrollment.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on May 26th, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
