Taste of the Mediterranean and Wine Pairing

The Mediterranean diet is rich with bright colors, flavors and speaks to a seaside way of life. Join Chef Daniela to discover how simple and satisfying a Mediterranean meal can be. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare a menu that is sure to transport you to the beaches of the Mediterranean. Dinner is paired with wine to complement this heart-healthy meal.

We will work in groups of four to utilize the kitchen space more effectively.

Menu:
Kofte Lamb Kebab with Tzatziki Sauce
Horiatiki Salata ( Tomato, cucumber, olives feta cheese)
White fish  fillet With  Romesco Sauce
Baklava (Chef-prepared)
Wine Pairing and Sangria

Seats are priced per person.
