Teen Chef Exploring Sushi

Is your teen a foodie, always excited about new foods when you take them out for a bite or debut a new recipe?

In this class, kids will put their taste buds to the test with our Tuna vs. Tuna Challenge. They’ll learn about seaweed, how to make Japanese rice and sushi rice, and about different options for fillings to use while rolling their own sushi!  Each student will get their own sushi mat to take home.
