Teen Chef: Making Risotto and Crème Brûlée

Hello again Aspiring Chefs!!!  Chef Daniela is really exited to teach your kids how to make risotto  and crème brûlée from scratch. You’ll learn all the tricks and techniques the pros use to make these fine-dining staples. A light snack will be provided, and each guest will take home crème brûlée to share with their family.

Note: Due to the difficulty, this class is designed and recommended for teen chefs ages 12 and up. Parents are welcome to register with their kids.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
