Teppanyaki is a post World War II style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food.  Chef Daniela will show you how to capture the flavors of your favorite dishes using the tools you have in your home kitchen. We may not master the onion volcano, but the food will be just as delicious!
