Come join Chef Jake as he teaches you how to make his Thai favorites! Even though Thai food has taken many different inspirations from a variety of cultures, today Thai food is its own unique blend of amazing flavors. A unique characteristic of Thai food is their use of almost every taste in each dish they create: salty, sweet, sour, bitter, and umami. We’ll harness these flavors to create dishes that are sure to become your favorites too!
