Online Class: The Most Wine-derful Time of the Year

Tis the season to be joyful, cozy and merry. What better way to do that than a virtual cheese and wine night? Our in-house cheese expert Matt DeLoach, CCP will be teaching us the very best holiday spread in the cheese world; while Chef Casey teaches you about some great wines to share with your loved ones. So get those chestnuts off the fire and join us for a great evening of holiday cheers.

Each seat includes a kit containing the cheeses and appetizer for the night. The wines do have to be purchased separately from a local state DABC Wine and Liquor Store. Once you have signed up for class you will receive an email with the wines, the stock number of each wine, and the locations of stores that carry those wines. Purchasing the wine is optional, guests may participate with just the cheese kit provided.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Thursday, December 17th, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
