Join sommelier Bryan Hinschberger on this culinary exploration of the flavors which have been the worldwide standard for wine and cheese for a very long time – those of France. While tasting several delicious wines, you will learn how and why this country of love is arguably the most important wine location in the world. Harmons Certified Cheese Professional Matt Deloach will be on hand to share with you his selection of French cheese pairings sure to make this adventure completely memorable.
