Birria Tacos with Margaritas

Have you heard about birria tacos? Originally made with goat, these sweet, sour, and mildly spicy delights are now commonly made with pork or beef. Join Chef Tyler in creating this iconic dish first by creating a savory beef stew, then the tender succulent meat is stuffed into a taco, pan-fried, and dipped back into the stew. Now popular as southern California street food, our version of this traditional dish from Jalisco will be complemented by other regional sides. We will also sip some margaritas! Don’t miss this culinary adventure!
