Italian Macarons

Macarons have become one of the world’s most popular cookies! They’re light as air and, with the right technique, easier than you think. Did you know there are two ways to make Macarons?  One is French and one is Italian!  We have traditionally taught the French method and now we are partnering with Chef Debbie Iverson to teach the Italian method! The cookies are the same!  Come learn to make macarons plus several fun and flavorful fillings! These classes do fill up quickly, so sign up while you can!
