Junior Chef: Mosaic Sushi

No rolling for this one! Sushi doesn’t have to be complicated! In this class Chef Tyler will teach you just how easy making sushi can be. We will learn the basics of sushi and creating the beauty of these dishes but in a new way.  Mosaic sushi is done in a pan with sushi rice layered on the bottom and then cut into squares.  Then we top each square with the delicious and colorful veggies, fruit, and protiens of your choice.  Add some delicious sauces or spicy mayo and then be sure take a photo of your stunning dish before you dig in!

This class is intended for children ages 8 and up.
