Rolling Sushi

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn the art of rolling Sushi!  In this class, Chef Tyler will help you discover the secrets to crafting perfectly rolled sushi, from selecting the freshest ingredients and making perfect sushi rice to mastering the technique of rolling with precision.  Whether you are a Sushi lover or just looking for a new and fun skill to add to your Culinary repertoire, this class is sure to be a good time!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
