Mamma Mia Pasta, Ravioli with Sangria

Another great Mamma Mia Pasta class!  In this class, we’ll teach you how to create the perfect dough, fill it with delicious ingredients like ricotta cheese and shape it into those classic little pillows that everyone loves.  So come join Chef Tyler for a hands-on, pasta-filled adventure that’s sure to leave you feeling satisfied and accomplished!  We will also be pairing a fresh White Sangria with your meal.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
