Mediterranean Gyros

Imagine succulent meat cooked and seasoned to perfection.  Once cooked, the meat is cut into thin, tender slices, ready to be stuffed into warm pita bread. It’s like a warm hug on a plate. Add in some juicy tomatoes, crisp onions and a dollop of cool and creamy tzatziki sauce, and you’ve got yourself a party for your taste buds! Chef Tyler’s gyros are a classic Greek dish that will transport you straight to the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean. So grab a fork and dig in!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
