Junior Chef: Ramen

We’ve all had a classic packet of instant ramen, but it’s nothing like the real thing.  A blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisines, traditional ramen has a humble history — it wasn’t until the turn of the last century that a bowl of ramen became a special occasion meal.  Join Chef Tyler as we take this dish back to its handmade roots with broth and noodles from scratch, and a selection of traditional and unique toppings.

This class is designed for children ages 10 and up.
