Teen Chefs: A Choux In! Éclairs and Cream Puffs

Join us for an exploration of choux pastry and its many forms.  Impress your friends and add a new skill to your repertoire as Chef Tyler teaches you how to make the celebrated French pâté à choux, a delicate dough used to shape éclairs and cream puffs.  You will learn to make the ultimate pâté à choux dough, filling, and topping for your own perfect puffed pastry creations.
