Trinidad: A Chef’s Table

The cuisine of the Caribbean island state of Trinidad and Tobago reflects a fusion of African (mainly West African), Creole, Indian-South Asian, Chinese, Amerindian, Arab, European, Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese cuisines. Join Chef Shane as he recreates some of the country’s most popular dishes. Come have a rum-filled evening and taste some delicious food!

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, we ask that all cooking class students be fully vaccinated.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government-issued I.D.
