Online Class: Weeknight Italian

Chicken piccata, a traditional Italian dish originally made with veal, was considered a “secondo,” or second course, and was served after the pasta course. Today its fame stems from the influx of Italian immigrants into the United States during the early 20th century. Join Chef Casey for this virtual class and he will teach how to prepare this delicious Italian dish, perfect for the middle of the week.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
