Originating in the early 20th century the dish migrated to the states after the Vietnam war where it has become an urban favorite. Come join Chef Casey as he walks you through how to simmer your bones into a beautiful broth using a pressure cooker, fill it with noodles and then top it with all the traditional fixings.
