Online Class: Wine and Cheese Willamette Valley

Chefs Jackie and Tyler have selected two delicious Willamette Valley wines we’re excited to share with you. Enjoy a delicious Campfire Cassoulet and taste the valley with us as we give you a crash course in Willamette Valley wines and cheese pairings.

Note: Wine is not included in your ingredient kit. Wine selections and DABC item numbers for purchase are provided in the equipment list below.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit is built to for two (2) guests to enjoy. For additional servings, additional seats may be purchased.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Wednesday, June 15th between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
