Wok and Roll

The wok is a piece of cookware that is believed to have been invented over 2000 years ago. It is theorized to have been invented due to food shortages, and the fact that you are able to cook multiple meals with the same pan. Woks are typically used to stir-fry, pan-fry, boiling, frying, braising, and more. Join our chefs for a fun night out and learn how to use one of these amazing tools to your culinary advantage!
