Workshop – Chocolate Babka

Babka is a dense cake which looks a little like a bread. It’s a sweet yeast dough filled with fudge chocolate or cinnamon, in layers and baked to perfection.

Sometimes with a streusel on top, you may recognize babka as that beautiful piece of cake on your Instagram feed with hundreds of chocolaty swirls.

Chef Daniela will show you step-by-step how to make this wonderful treat.

A light meal will be served.
