You Dim Sum, You Lose Some

Dim sum is a Chinese meal of small plates best enjoyed with tea and in the company of friends and family.  In Chinese, Dim Sum literally means to “touch the heart.” Join Chef Jake and Sous Chef Mayble in this dynamic class where you’ll learn tips and techniques for making Chinese dumplings from start to finish. You’ll be able to impress your friends and family with your new dim sum skills in no time!  light lunch will be served so come hungry!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
