Online Class: Your Sunday Quiche

Get ready for a sophisticated, unique, and romantic Sunday morning! How? It’s all in the preparation. Let us bring a little romanticism to your Sunday morning. We will work out all the details on Saturday and on Sunday, all you will need is to heat the kettle! We will review and practice together the cooking techniques behind quiche: custards, pie dough, and sautéing.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Traverse Mountain on Friday, June 18th, from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
