Hannah Casey is excited to join our Harmons dietitian team, and she aims to make healthy eating a balance of nutritious greens as well as sweet treats. Her philosophy is “all foods fit” and that eating should be not only healthy but satisfying. She is also sensitive to helping individuals find peace with all foods and has a passion for sharing her love of grocery shopping, especially at Harmons.

After Hannah earned a bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University, she completed her dietetic internship through Utah State University. She is very excited to be a part of the Harmons dietitian team and help individuals discover the joy of healthy eating.

While not at Harmons, Hannah can be found spending time with her yoga mat, a good book, or around the table playing board games.

Serving customers at our Mountain View, District, South Jordan, and Cougar stores, Hannah can be reached at 385-257-6443 or via email at hannahcasey@harmonsgrocery.com.

Hannah Langley, MS, RDN, CD

Growing up in Holladay, Hannah Langley gained a passion for food and nutrition because it fueled her adventures outdoors. She believes quality nutrition education should be accessible to everyone and is grateful to be able to provide that education for customers and associates where it matters most: the grocery store.

Hannah graduated from the University of Utah’s Coordinated Master’s Program of Nutrition with a dual emphasis in sports nutrition and nutrition education. Prior to her graduate degree, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has a deep appreciation for the connection between food and movement and believes in a holistic approach to nutrition counseling.

In her free time, you can find her hiking, climbing, and backpacking through the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains or the red rocks and hoodoos of Southern Utah. Nothing brings her more joy than making homemade trail snacks and spending time at her family cabin.

Serving customers at our Daybreak, Seventh Street, and Taylorsville stores and at Holladay Market; Hannah can be reached at (385) 257-8307, or via email at hannahlangley@harmonsgrocery.com.

Heather Lieber, RDN, CD

Heather's interest in nutrition sparked from her passion for both delicious food and overall wellness. She completed her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics through Utah State University, and her dietetic internship in the St. George area.

She believes that small, sustainable lifestyle changes can have big payoffs over time. Her philosophy is that there is no one-diet-fits-all. She is here to find the nutrition plan that is as unique and individualized as you are.

When she is not at Harmons she can be found with the mountains. Climbing up them, biking over them, and running through them.

Heather is the Registered Dietitian serving customers at our Station Park, City Creek, Emigration, and Roy stores, Heather can be reached at (801) 928-2634, or via email at heatherlieber@harmonsgrocery.com.

Jonnell Masson, MS, RDN, CD

As one of Harmons' registered dietitians, Jonnell is passionate about making healthy habits easy for our customers.

Jonnell provides on-site nutritional coaching and education. So whether you’re looking to infuse your current recipes with fresh ingredients, or you seek individual nutrition counseling or a health screening, Jonnell is here to help.

Having completed the Coordinated Master’s Program in Nutrition from the University of Utah, Jonnell really knows her stuff. The importance of making healthy choices is something she knows first-hand.

While living in Italy, Jonnell noticed a strong focus on eating healthy and staying fit. In contrast, a move to Germany presented a less than healthy view of food. This contrast sparked her interest in understanding the link between food and health.

Jonnell loves helping Harmons’ customers achieve their health and wellness goals, and when asked what she likes best about her job, Jonnell responded with honesty and sensibility: “Let’s be real, I love food!”

Serving customers at our West Valley and Brickyard stores, Jonnell can be reached at (801) 865-0304, or via email at jonnellmasson@harmonsgrocery.com.

Joy Phillips RDN, CD

As a dietitian, Joy Phillips believes healthy eating and wellness should be a doable and positive experience for everyone. Joy’s personal nutrition motto is do what works for you! She is passionate about finding healthy and helpful ways to incorporate nutrition into people's everyday lives in a way that works for them.

Joy studied Dietetics at Brigham Young University. She increased her love for nutrition and wellness while working as the dietitian for a school district and as a food service management dietitian. She is thrilled to be a part of the Harmons’ team!

When she is not at Harmons, Joy likes to spend her time boxing, walking her two small dogs, and enjoying quality time with family.

Serving associates at our Support Office.
