INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (6-8 oz) aged prime steak, such as New York or Ribeye
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp canola or grapeseed oil
DIRECTIONS:
Season each steak liberally with salt and pepper.
