Almond Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover in an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Divide and roll into 30 individual balls. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
