INGREDIENTS:
- 12 ears unhusked corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp chile powder, such as Tajin
- 1 bu fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 limes, halved
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare a grill over medium heat.
Add corn to grill, not directly over coals. Let cook, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. When cool enough to handle, shuck corn.
Slather corn with sour cream, season with chile powder, and sprinkle with cilantro and lime.
