- 1/2 lb Beehive Promontory cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb Beehive Fresh cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup Mamachari Honey Hops Kombucha
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Combine cheeses, cornstarch, and dry mustard in a mixing bowl until mixed through.
Heat kombucha and vinegar in fondue pot on medium until simmering.
Add shredded cheese mixture to the fondue pot and stir slowly until melted.
Enjoy with Harmons artisan bread, steamed cauliflower, sliced apples, and salami.
