Beehive Cheese Red Butte Hatch Chile Cheese Fondue

Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 lb Beehive Red Butte Hatch Chile cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb Beehive Fresh cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup Uinta Golden Spike Hefeweizen
DIRECTIONS:

Combine cheeses, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper in a mixing bowl until cheese is coated with cornstarch.

Heat 1 cup Hefeweizen in fondue pot on medium until simmering.

Add shredded cheese mixture to the fondue pot and stir slowly until melted.

Enjioy with Harmons artisan bread, cooked bratwursts, pretzels, sliced apples, and bacon.
