Brown Sugar-Walnut Butter

Serves 1 cup
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS:

In a food processor fitted with blade attachment, combine ingredients and pulse. Place onto a piece of wax or parchment paper and form into a log. Twist each end and chill in refrigerator until firm. If desired, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for up to 1 month.
