INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Harmons grated Three Cheese Blend
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a bowl, combine cheese, herbs, and olive oil.
Place 1 sheet puff pastry on a work surface. Roll out dough until extended by 1” in width and length. Scoop half cheese-herb mixture in center of pastry dough and spread evenly, leaving a 2” border around entire edge. Beginning with a long end, roll dough until it reaches center of dough. Turn dough around and with other long end, roll dough until it meets other rolled dough. Cut dough into 1” slices and place on prepared sheet at least 1” away from each other.
Repeat with remaining dough and remaining half of cheese-herb mixture. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Add a splash of water to egg and lightly brush each palmier.
Bake in oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
