INGREDIENTS:
- 2 heads butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken, meat removed and shredded
- 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, rinsed, drained, and chopped
- Sweet Thai chilli sauce
- Lime wedges
- Cooked brown rice, warmed
DIRECTIONS:
Divide lettuce leaves, shredded chicken, and water chestnuts among 4 plates. Drizzle Thai chilli sauce and a squeeze of lime. Fold each lettuce leaf like a burrito. Serve with rice.
