Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
  • 2.5 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Graham crackers, marshmallows, dried cherries, strawberries and angel food cake, for serving
DIRECTIONS:

In a fondue pot over medium heat, add cream cheese. When cream cheese is partially melted, add coffee liqueur and stir to combine. Add chocolate and sugar and stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Serve with graham crackers, marshmallows, dried cherries, strawberries, and pieces of angel food cake.
