INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine first 6 ingredients and process until finely chopped, about 15 seconds. Add yogurt and juice and process until smooth.
