- 1 (6.5 oz) can chopped clams
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- Fresh lemon juice
- Potato chips
Drain clams and reserve liquid.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion salt, a squeeze of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of reserved clam liquid and beat on low to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add clams and fold to combine. Serve with potato chips.
