Coco Chia Smoothie

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 3 oz coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
