INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted and divided
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, 3 tablespoons butter, and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes or up to overnight.
In a medium nonstick frying pan or crepe pan over medium-high heat, melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Scoop 1/4 cup batter and pour into pan, swirling pan to coat bottom with a thin layer. When batter becomes set and edges curl up from pan, 2-3 minutes, flip with spatula and cook other side for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
