INGREDIENTS:
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1/8 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 2 Tbsp black beans
- 1 Tbsp mild salsa
- 1/4 cup cubed cucumber
- 1/2 avocado cut into pieces
- 5 tortilla chips broken into pieces
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a sealable container, add lettuce, cheese, chicken, beans, salsa, cucumber, avocado and tortilla chips. Season with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the container and shake to combine.
