INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 small container pumpkin spice Greek yogurt, such as Chobani or Siggi's
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pear in half vertically and remove stem. With a spoon or melon baller, scoop out a little bit of middle in each pear half.
Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon over each pear half. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes. Cooking time will vary based off of ripeness of pear. Pear should be soft but not mushy.
Top with pumpkin spice Greek yogurt and chopped nuts.
