Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tostadas
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 Tbsp sliced black olives
  • 1 Tbsp garbanzo beans or edamame optional
  • 1 Tbsp cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:

Slather tostadas with hummus. Sprinkle with olives, garbanzos, if using, and cherry tomatoes.

Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping.
