INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tostadas
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 Tbsp sliced black olives
- 1 Tbsp garbanzo beans or edamame optional
- 1 Tbsp cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Slather tostadas with hummus. Sprinkle with olives, garbanzos, if using, and cherry tomatoes.
Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping.
