INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Harmons Hatch chile burgers
- 4 Harmons burger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 fried Hatch chiles
- 3/8 cup Harmons cheese sauce
- 4 slices cooked Harmons bacon, cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare a grill over medium-high heat.
Season burgers with salt and pepper and place burgers on grill. Cook burgers for 2 minutes. Turn a quarter turn and cook another 2 minutes. Flip burgers over and cook burgers for 2 minutes. Turn a quarter turn and cook another 2 minutes. until internal temperature reaches 155°.
Slather mayo onto each side of hamburger buns. Place cooked patty on bun. Top with 2 pieces of fried Hatch chiles, a scoop of hot cheese sauce, and 2 pieces of bacon.
