- Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup cream or half and half
- 6 oz Beehive Habanero Cheddar
- 8 oz American cheese or Velveeta
- Chili Dogs
- 1 (4 ct) pkg Olympia Provisions Frankfurters
- 1 qt Harmons Beef Chili
- 1 pkg hot dog buns
Over a double boiler, heat cream until it steams. Shred cheddar and cut American cheese into small pieces. Add cheese to hot cream and stir until melted. Let cool.
Grill or boil the frankfurters to warm. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm chili until it bubbles. Place frankfurter in bun, top with chili and cheese sauce.
