INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz bourbon
  • .25 oz Gran Gala Liquer
  • .5 oz honey rosemary simple, (see recipe below)
  • 1 oz Red Barn Apple Cider
  • 5 dashes Honest John NOLA Bitters
  • HONEY ROSEMARY SIMPLE
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 sprigs rosemary
DIRECTIONS:

Harvest Moon Cocktail

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass and stir in 1 large ice cube. Garnish with 2 apple slices and 1 star anise pod.

Honey Rosemary Simple

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot. Cook on medium heat until the honey is dissolved. Allow to steep for 1 hour before removing rosemary. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
