- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped thyme
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped sage
- Pinch of salt
In a food processor fitted with blade attachment, combine ingredients and pulse. Place onto a piece of parchment paper and form into a log. Twist each end and chill in refrigerator until firm. If desired, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for up to 1 month.
